Lucifer was the Cafe and Diner's Coffee with Cream distributor until her death in 2019. She was also one of the founding members of the Cafe and Diner, along with her love and his friend.

Biography

Lucifer is the youngest of the Princes of Hell, and the Demon Prince of Pride. As a child of the Devil and Eve, she is a High Demon. At the advent of the universe, before even the first Sphere, there were three utopias, created by the Bird; Skald, Eden and Arcadia. It appears that at some point, Lucifer caused cross-contamination between the utopias, by attempting to unify the three, causing knowledge from Eden to seep into the other two. Because of this, Lucifer's older siblings were cast out of Topside, into the Otherside. She would later join them when the Bird discovered that she was also a child of the Devil and Eve, and threw her out as well. As she fell, she pulled at the Topside, which would create her plane of the Otherside, the Morningstar. As a child of Eve and the Devil, she had the right to guard the Gates to Hell like her siblings, and her Key to the Gate, Vainglory, formed soon after.

At some unknown point in the timeline, Lucifer granted power to Felix Blackwood as her warlock, met the original Owner of the CaD and met Miss. Nocturnal. In 1988 she would begin to found the Cafe and Diner, which would later open its doors in 1992.

The specifics of Lucifer's work for the First Cafe are unknown, as she left at some point in 1994. She and the original Owner fell out the year before, but the details of what this involved are unclear. However, the decision to leave was almost certainly due to her pregnancy. She likely wished to keep her and Jean's child far away from him as possible, due to his tendency to destroy those around him. The child was born in September 1994, and placed into the care of Ariel and Adathan Wandsun, who gave her the name Julia.

Whatever issues she may have had with the original Owner did not extend to the Cafe as a whole, however, and she would rejoin the Second Cafe in 2001, under the name "Galao". With her expertise on board, the Second Cafe managed to combat Asmodeus, the remnants of the Church of Satan, and Abaddon and the Astoria 23rd Agency's plot to destroy the Otherside. However, such success came with a cost, and the Second Cafe closed its doors in 2004.

That was not the last time Lucifer would work alongside the CaD, however, and she later appeared as a member of the Deep Corp 23, alongside the original Owner, Maqnagers No. 1 and 2, and ex-Employee No. 17. While the organisations work is currently unknown, at least one of their goals was to cast doubt on the Investors of the Third Cafe, Muldra Yonomo and Sophie Grenbelrn, Lucifer's siblings.

The Deep Corp 23 revealed themselves in 2019, in order to assist the Third Cafe in its Cafe Crisis; namely, helping them to serve Miss. Masoch. It was then, on the 31st of October, 2019, that Lucifer met her untimely end, as she sacrificed herself to take down Le Loyon and delay the Wicked.

Though Lucifer is gone, Princes are almost never permanently dead. Felix Blackwood knows how to bring her back, but it would require the sacrifice of her daughter, Julia. Jean also intended to tear open Eden to find her, but realised the error of his ways after the death of Victoria Ward.

Personality

Despite her importance to the history of the Cafe and Diner, little is known of Lucifer's personality, due to her limited number of receipts. That said, she was known as being one of the more benevolent of her siblings, and was one of the few who actively tries to send demons to be reincarnated. She was also known as someone who loved deeply and passionately, to such an extent that she would tear the world apart if something happened to those she loved.

Ties That Bind

• Had a deep, loving relationship with the original Owner of the Cafe and Diner, though the exact details of this are murky and tied up in twists and turns.
• Her daughter is Julia Wandsun, though the two never met. In this cycle, anyway.
• Miss. Nocturnal and her family owed Lucifer a debt, though when and how this came about is unknown.
• Has varying relationship with her siblings. She appears to get along with Belphegor, Beelzebub and Leviathan well enough, but seems to dislike Mammon, Satan and Asmodeus.
