Theo is a long-time ally of the Cafe and Diner, though they have changed often through the years. Currently, they are Employee No. III of the Last Cafe, and are somewhat of a "guardian angel" of the Cafe and Diner.
Biography
Theo is an angel from Topside. They have had a long history with the Cafe and Diner, though much of it is shrouded in mystery. Due to their divine nature, they have likely been involved in other Cafes from previous Spheres, though in the here and now, their first confirmed introduction to the coffee industry was in 2018, when they had the name Alaric Austere. They applied to work at the Florida Cafe alongside Mr. Kansai, in order to hel them to Enter The Light. They took the position of Cashier, and assisted the Cafe in combating Dark forces until Manager No. 5 burned down the Akashic Records in an effort to prevent Umbra from gaining control of the Enochian Bible, after which they returned home.
Their next known appearance to the CaD was in 2021, when they visited the Florida Branch of the Fourth Cafe, ostensibly to investigate the Cafe's actions in releasing Satan, though this reason was a lie. It is likely they were there on business for the Last Cafe, probably involving Miss. Augustine. They would later be revealed to be a member of the clandestine Last Cafe, and would accompany the Florida Branch on a visit to the Hot Chocolate Distribution Centre.
Personality
Because of their nature as an angel, Theo changes their entire identity every time they come Flipside. That said, they are always rather detached, though not in a cruel way. They speak rather formally, and naturally know about things most other CaD employees don't. They seem to be eager to assist the Cafe when they can, and have proved themselves a valuable ally time and time again.
