Summary of Receipt

Seems like the band’s also getting tired of the endless playing. With their equipment currently disabled, they’re taking a break and Marocchino’s buying the CaD all drinks. The band’s trying to prevent them from having to restart: Mr. Rilke plans to go take the lead and sing by himself; if that doesn’t work, Mrs. Ligeia plans to just chug drinks until she can’t sing without throwing up. And if Asmodeus still wants them to play, Mrs. Weyer will intervene.

RECEIPT AS OF: 10/12/01
BARISTA ON DUTY: MAROCCHINO
RECEIPT FILED AS: TOB-05

Well, that was certainly Something Ugly! That's our band name, by the way. Something Ugly. Do you like it? I think it's pretty cool. Sorry, we played for so long and stuff. Also, sorry about luring people in and forcing them to dance and whatever. Next time we play, Lexie and Hamelin are gonna tone it down a bit. However, they didn't really have much of a choice cuz Mistress wanted them to bring as many people in as possible and keep them moving and stuff. Ugh, the exhaustion is definitely starting to catch up to me now. I'm ready to end this party, so what do we do next?

Something Ugly is done playing until we can get out of here, at least. We're all beat. I'm glad Romano was able to pull the plug. You know, he's kinda cute when you look past all the weird fake dead uncle stuff. Oh, and also, I made a whole bunch of the whatever they're called, you know, Canadian dollars or whatever. I'm kind of surprised Nabby actually paid me. I'm still not sure I trust him or anything, but it does seem like he intends to keep his word. So! Drinks are on me!

If we can't get out of the Ballast, we'll have to go back on eventually, but we're going to do everything in our power to avoid that. Mr. Rilke is planning on going full diva to keep us off the stage. Hopefully, it doesn't screw up his place in Mistress' organization or whatever. And if that doesn't work, Mrs. Ligeia is going to slam drinks until she can't sing without getting sick. And if somehow that doesn't work, and Mistress demands the band to go back on, I'm pretty sure Mrs. Weyer said she'll step in for us.
