EMPLOYEE #1313
We successfully tracked down Mr. Cox in Quaker and provided him with the usual Cafe and Diner service—tissues included. However, Mr. Cox was so pleased with our express service that he’d like to see the full Cafe back in Long Beach, so he’s coming back with us. We’re currently in the Aux Arcs catching up with #26 and Mr. Trigano, and then we’ll be headed home with Mr. Cox. I assume #26 will be coming with us…? Unless she has some kissy business to take care of with her bird boy.
As for Mr. Cox, he’s been extremely docile and emotionally stable after his initial outburst. He’s still a little weepy, but only the normal amount, I think. On the one hand, we could see if he would prefer to stay in the States as it might be nice to have his… “talents” on hand. On the other hand, the Cafe and Diner tries to send customers home, even when they might be useful to us. Though when here is better than home… what should we do? That’s all probably above my pay grade. Which, by the way, is zero. Unpaid child labor is not a good look, you know.
Seriously though, we aren’t sure what would be best for Mr. Cox. I’m sure the Owner would love to put it up for one of his pre-determined votes, and it’s better than just sending him back to Ottawa for them to kick him back over here. He really is sort of just a miserable little thing, isn’t he? I’d feel worse if he didn’t look so… gross. Maybe with a little foundation, concealer, and blush, he could be quite handsome. You know what? I can have pre-determined votes too: Do you guys think we should try to put some makeup on Mr. Cox? I’ve already started, so I hope the answer is yes.
