Received some comfort food from family near the Canyon. Seems like Mrs. Stevens is causing problems around the Rim Area. Here's what the comfort food tasted like:
“Hey [26],
I've heard you've been hunting your "special" game again, kid. Well, if that's so, we've got a bit of a problem down here in [the Canyon] that might interest you. You see, I've got tourists telling me they've been seeing a large and dangerous "game" stalking around campsites, and what have you. You've probably guessed it, [Mrs. Stevens].
Now see, I thought we took care of that son of a gun after the whole boy scout incident. Now I'm thinking, maybe you can't kill this game with bullets. I'm startin' to think he jumped back to that there whatcha call it- [Ottawa]? Well, he's healed back up and is in the [Rim] to hunt some fresh prey. Tell you what, [26], you find yourself down here in [Canyon], you give me a call, yeah? I don't think I should be messing with a "game" of the caliber on my own.”
I think it's best to deal with Mrs. Stevens ASAP. She has a certain taste for a high-iron diet and isn't afraid to dine Italian. Going to head out to Canyon tomorrow morning and see if I can't get her some breakfast.
