Summary of Receipt

Doppio and Espresso decide to seek out Mr. Robison (possibly an Elder) in Sin City in the hopes that he can give the CaD some insight into Asmodeus’s plans, and expect to take a weel or so. Doppio also mentions to Carajillo that Asmodeus is very much a threat what with her being one of the 7 princes of hell. She also suggests finding a more permanent place for the CaD.

Carajillo! There is absolutely no need to be rude. It is fine to disagree, but please do so respectfully. I, for one, don’t believe Mistress is as “irrelevant” as you say. She is one of the seven most prominent names in the coffee business, and she has a penchant for killing her competition off entirely. Our new Cafe has just opened and, while the risk of fire does undoubtedly exist, being outright overtaken by Mistress wouldn’t do us any good either, now would it? So, Black Coffee, darling, both myself and Espresso are fully on-board with assisting with Mistress.

However… we also received some fresh intel that perhaps better suits our skillset. Espresso received word last night of a relatively high-profile customer out in Sin City. He’s old, ancient even, and exceptionally knowledgeable about matters pertaining to death. It would be quite a missed opportunity if we did not seek out his advice. So, myself and Espresso would like to take a trip over to the Silver State to meet up with this customer, Mr. Robison. I don’t expect our little excursion to take long, dear. Perhaps a week or so. But I do believe it would be best to pick this customer’s brain about Mistress and her current affairs while he is in town.

I’m sure this will also give you time to plan out a strategy for dealing with Mistress locally. It might also be beneficial to start thinking about a permanent location for the Cafe. While I don’t mind working from separate locations, I think it might be good for Carajillo to have a sense of community within the Cafe. Though, I don’t want to push you, dear. When you’re ready to get a new location set up, just let us know, and we’ll help however we can.
