I’ve been thinking lately. I know, it’s never a good sign when I get to thinking. But I believe it might just be recruitment time once again! See, Cappy, and I have been talking about expanding our team a bit. Not like our Zulu family, but this little organization we’ve been sort of amassing. Let’s face it, we need all the help we can get in handling all these wild cults and occult-y shenanigans that keep piling up on our plates. We’ve already got Kikimora and Blackwood on board, and, to be honest, that’s two more people than I was ever expecting to have in our corner. And as luck would have it, we have at least one more friend we can call on!
Now… I don’t actually think she’ll be all too thrilled to join our little ragtag team of misfits, but, and a bigger but than Capgras’, she sorta owes us. Big time. And when I say big, I mean Capgras’ ass big. The boy is packing. He’s stacked like a double-decker cake. What was I writing about? Sorry, the workplace harASSment got me sidetracked. Uh… Oh! Right! We are owed a favor, or should I say a debt. Yep. One of the perks of being the main squeeze of one of the Cold… er, the only Cold left, is his debts to collect are our debts to collect. I wasn’t really planning on cashing in this debt so soon, but the prospect of getting more non-Zulus on our side is a bit too much to pass up on right now.
So! Who is this lucky lady who owes our bigger boss? You know her, actually, I’m sure. She’s also one of a pair though she sort of made this deal with Secret behind her hubby’s back, so we’ll just call her Silenziosa to protect her identity. You know, keep it hush-hush and all that jazz. What I can say about this hot mom is that she’s a powerhouse of a witch. She is also probably not going to be thrilled that we’re coming a-knocking, but hey, maybe don’t sell your soul…? Not that we’re one to talk.
