Summary of Receipt
Cassidy Kid (3311) mentions that they’re apparently an ‘Elder Enthusiast’ who used to work with Astoria 23, being part of Division November. He also suggests to go confront Deadhand with Warren and Charge since Dowser tracked him down. Apparently Charge ‘is pretty nifty with her sigil work’, and Cassidy’s got a gun.

CASSIDY KID
RECEIPT: IN THE MANOS OF MUERTE
STATUS: OPEN
Now y'all might not know this about me, but I am what one might call an "Elder Enthusiast" of sorts. Before I joined up with the coffee trade, I was quite the Elder hunter. Yessir, Division November for the dogs over at A23. So as one might imagine, all this talkin' about a some Elder what have you called "Phantom" is mighty interesting to me. Especially seein' as Rhyme said somethin' about this son of a gun bein' part of the Cold? Now shoo' that is interestin' for more than one reason.
Enough gibberin' though we've got work to do, I reckon. Dowser has got Dr. Deadhand pinned to a triangular-whatcha call it and it might be time for us to check-in with the Doc. Now out of all of us, myself, Warren, and Charge are probably best suited to dangerous situations. Warren got his whole warpin' thing. Charge is pretty nifty with her sigil work, and me? Well, I've been askin' around I've got my hands on a pair of 2100 revolvers. Cowboy-style. That's the one thing all you magic-y demon-y whatevers always seem to forget--a gun is usually faster than an incantation. And these are some nice guns.
Anyway, we're gonna see if we can't raid the Doc's compound. Should be pretty easy and more or less safe. He's a loner who needs physical contact to do any real damage. Doubt he has minions or henchmen or whatever unless he is actually working with the Sevenfolds. But, if that's the case, that's another clue towards gettin' us home. Plus, like always, if things go '72 on us, Warren'll just warp us out. Best case, maybe he ain't even home when we come a knockin'.
