Hover over the clues if you require!
Clue 1: The Pt, of course, is different from the others. What does 'Pt' - especially a 'supply' of it - usually stand for?
Clue 2: A chemical supply, to be precise. What about the other thirteen? What do those stand for?
Clue 3: So you've got colonies and Platinum. Any card game with those?
Clue 4: And where - or when - were they added?
Answer and Explanation
Answer: Prosperity
Explanation: All but the last of the symbols represent the USA's first Thirteen Colonies, while Pt is the symbol for Platinum. The card game expansion for Dominion, Prosperity, released two basic cards called Platinum and Colony.

Payroll: Alright stick close. [H.R.] can only keep us all safe if we are within her Astral Body.
H.R.: Mm hm! Well, You'd probably be fine on your own, y'know.
Payroll: What if today's the day my subconsciousness deicdes to become receptive to the Astral Plane?
H.R.: Good point.
Barista: Hey—Wait, can the CaDCom record transcripts here?
Payroll: In the Astral Plane? I… Don't remember. Whenever we would go here in the past I'm pretty sure we just wrote down what happened afterward.
H.R.: Worth a shot to try, right?
Barista: I mean—It looks like it's recording.
H.R.: Huh. But it's a machine, right? To "be" here it'd need to—
[Umbra entered the CaDCom Transcription Range.]
Umbra: Well, well, well. Look who decided to drop by the Astral Plane.
Payroll: Out of our way, creep.
Umbra: Oh, [Payroll]. Always to the point. You're trying to find the Mechanism, aren't you? And… by virtue of finding that you'd find us. Our Dim Den. Is that so?
H.R.: You're just another non-local entity here. We don't have to engage with you.
Umbra: You don't have to, but perhaps you'd want to? I am in a rather… generous mood tonight. Generous? No…
Payroll: Scheming?
H.R.: Conniving?
Barista: Plotting?
Umbra: —Munificent. My cup overflows. See, I recently came into the possession of a most intriguing little mechanism. It finds anything I desire. Prize after prize, trophy after trophy, hoard after hoard, book after book… wealth upon unending wealth. I have taken to conjuring congeries of such unimaginable prosperity out of thin air. I desire to share this opulence. I do. Think of it as a final farewell to this Universe in its current form. You're all invited to the final Masquerade Ball of this wretched world. 1113 Stevens Street, Lake Helen. The Dim Den. "Micma goho pe-IAD"—the phrase to dispel the wards. The Eve of the 13th. Do try and be on time though as I cannot guarantee there will be much of a party past the stroke of midnight… Thursday morning will bring such a wonderous new… well, everything.
Payroll: It's a trap.
Umbra: Your suspicion wounds me. But join us or don't. Scope out the Dim Den or don't. Stop by for a cup of tea—you know how to get in now. Of course, the Bandage Man is little for conversation. Do whatever it is you want as your time is assuredly ticking down. You are invited—I'm giving you a chance my dear. A chance to choose who you want to be when everything is born again in darkness. You get to pick the mask you wear when it all begins again. Hell—bring a few, wear a different one every day if suits you. Au revoir.
[Umbra left the CaDCom Transcription Range.]
Payroll: It's a trap.
H.R.: Is it?
Barista: He seemed HELLA confident. We, well, you guys did kinda give him what he needed right? Maybe he did—
Payroll: It's a trap.
H.R.: I don't know. It could be—
Payroll: It's a trap.
