Clue 1: I wonder why 'drocer' is backwards. Surely that doesn't have anything to do with the next strange string of letters?
Clue 2: What's the abbreviation of 'also known as'? Similarly, how else can you express 'shush' and 'see'?
Clue 3: Now put them all backwards. If you know your CaD lore (or just have really good general knowledge), you should recognize the word formed.
Clue 4: Reverse the abbreviated words, not the letters themselves. Alternatively, the Sinnerman receipts (VTF, specifically) should mention the word, even if they're not fully restored yet. Well, as of me writing this clue, anyway.

Answer: Akashic
Explanation: ‘Drocer’ is ‘record’ backwards. ‘Also known as’ can be shortened to aka, shush becomes sh, and 'I see' becomes ic. Putting them all together backwards thus gives ‘akashic’.
Summary of Receipt
Fed up with the Last Cafe’s secrecy, I reveals their plans. Their eighth member is planned to be none other than Umbra the Hatman. Not the fake Umbra following the CaD around while searching for the Langley stones, the real Umbra that’s been trapped in the Akashic Records ever since the Other Cafe had a massive fight in it against the Dark. Umbra, due to him spending three years in there as well as his previous search for the Enochian Bible, would have knowledge rivalling even V. Of course, the Records are really hard to get into now, but V has a plan. As he always does. Still, dealing with the fake Umbra comes first.

This hasn't been very transparent, has it? Sadly, I cannot force my comrades to reveal their secrets, but they cannot hold my tongue. Shaka wants the Hat Man, Umbra, to be our final member. The REAL Umbra. Not this faker who has been at the Morbid King's side since 2019. I must admit I do not fully know his reasons why, though I can make a few guesses.
One, it's always nice to keep your friends close and friends closer, right? Umbra has been a "friend" of the Cafes for a very long time, and he has proven himself to be one of the Cafes' more threatening foes. Two, having a Sableblood on our side who is not inherently loyal to the Everdark could prove quite useful, especially if we are going to have to deal with Eve. Three, should Nine be correct, Umbra has spent the last three or so years in the Akashic Records, where he would have no doubt picked up a great deal of new esoteric knowledge. Even if Umbra has not been spending his time in the Records, he already has a knowledge of esoteric affairs that rivals even Shaka due to his prior search for the Enochian Bible. The only reason I gave Shaka the okay to pursue Umbra is that, as I see it, Shaka is not in a position to gain from recruiting him. After the whole—well—after the Victoria tragedy, I've required Shaka to at least clear the more impactful of his moves with me first.
The problem with having Umbra join our Last Cafe is that we do not know where he is. As I mentioned, Nine believes he is still in the Akashic Records. Though for fire safety reasons (I wonder why?) no one has been allowed in the Records lately, making it hard to check. I've had Theo and Dover attempting to gain entry for some time now. Though… I have a sinking feeling I know how Shaka wants us to get in. I would applaud his planning if its execution wasn't so callous.
Regardless, before we find Umbra, we should deal with the faux Umbra.
