Clue 3: A certain ring's owner - with her title.
Answer and Explanation
Answer: Lady Lilith
Explanation: A ring is worn on a finger - one associated with the Devil would be Lilith's Ring, possessed by Sahir and used in CD-RN1106 of Folie a Deux. Additionally, Lilith was one of the Devil's lovers, and thus his 'heart'.

I suppose I should keep this "off the record" for the most part. I will say it hasn't been the worst 72 hours of my life. But I also never expected to spend so much time with Jenny and Dover in such a small room. I've never cared much for "bottle episodes" myself, as I'd rather see new locations and, more importantly, new characters and new connections. However, you would be surprised by how much I can accomplish in a small room with just my phone. Well, my phone and a pudgy, bulbous-headed orange demon who can shift around reality itself. A rather dangerous combination.
Through my various contacts, I've found an answer. A connection. And a critical one at that. Lilith's Engagement Ring. It's more than an intriguing artifact, of course. As White was told by Swaffham who was told by the Ape who was told by the Wise Men who was told by Scheherazade, if one were to wear Lilith's Ring, it would return itself—with you along with it—to her in her confinement between realms. It would take you to Hell itself. Naturally, it only works on the fourth finger on your left hand. Mm… and Scheherazade believes there is some sort of phrase that goes along with it, the Wise Men believe it works on its Mistress' own accord, Zeh finds the whole story to be nonsense, Swaffham had only seen it in a dream, and White sold it to me at a thief's price.
Considering what I paid for this bauble, I'd like to keep it for as long as possible. No sense in burning a few million dollars on a hunch. If Jean-Marc has found an alternative to meeting with Lilith herself, then by all means, we should take it. Though… if Daichi is not a sufficient enough "Link" to the past, then surely Lilith would be. I'm not sure what a Link must do for Jean-Marc's latest secret project, but perhaps Lilith would be willing to help if we were to return her ring.
