Well, that was a total success! Once we got back from our trip to the Nursery yesterday, the guy working there ended up calling Peppermint, and he was willing to bring Mr. Perez over to stay at the Cafe with us until we could book him a flight home. Not only that, but the Nursery Guy was also interested in joining the Cafe, and with his general knowledge of the Coffee Trade plus his excellent customer service when it comes to our male customers, it's a perfect fit! So, I'd like everyone to warmly welcome Matcha, our customer relations expert.

As for Mr. Perez, Matcha is going to be taking care of his orders for the time being, as they're already pretty close. Also, no wonder people were coming into Lavender's Fortune Telling shop freaked out about a deathly-looking customer; this particular Mr. Perez is a bit of a downer. Matcha is reasonably sure that doesn't mean he's any more dangerous than we previously thought, but it warrants some investigation into what makes a downer customer tick. Moreover—we're going to need a full-on menu too, huh?

I was thinking we'd split our menu into three distinct services: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Seems like the obvious choice for a generic combination cafe and diner. For breakfast, we'll serve Coffee, Cocoa, Eggs, and Toast—Assorted Fruit comes with each. For lunch, we'll serve Cola, Tea, Gyros, Roast Pork—French Fries coming with each of those as well. And then lastly, for dinner, we'll serve Water, a Nightcap, Sushi, Pad Thai—Dinner Mints with each of those, naturally. I hope it's pretty obvious what goes where, but beyond a Dinner Mint, we'll need to figure out what Mr. Perez would like to order for dinner. I mean, he's probably only interested in grabbing something to drink, and judging by his overall appearance, I'm guessing he'll be most interested in a Nightcap, maybe Pad Thai.
