so the “plan” kinda worked and it kinda didn’t. it’s that thing the original owner likes to say. it was a success and a half or whatever right? because no we did not find the pearl. we did however find a metric fish-ton of the finfolk though. we had to fight our way through at least a dozen or two dozen of them and they. were. PISSED. but more than that we finally got a good look at their whole shiz or whatever. we’re prettttty sure these guys worship the fury megaera. there was a statue or altar of a bird woman with the word “MEYAIPA” or something like that below it.
BUT MORE THAN JUST THAT!
the bird woman statue (with titties out might i add) is one thing. an otherworldly thing one might say. but would you, could you guess who was wrapped around this statue??? A BIG OL SEA SERPENT. not just any sea serpent! no, no, no, mama recognized this sea serpent. that handsome sea devil was absolutely the cafes old friend, s h a m u. interesting that they’d be tied together seeing as meg represents envy and levi is well you know envy incarnate. soooo are they… working together or something?? kissing perhaps???
also side note: isn’t levi’s whole job or whatever to keep elders IN the black tide? so… whats with this enclave of telepathic innsmouth-ass finfolk hiding underneath new orleans anyway? either he is involved in this mess or he is really bad at his job. also, we have been trying to wash fish-guts out of our hair for dayzzzz oh my god. here’s the good news though, 71 and i can kick fish ass. and that’s a rap fact.
