Clue 1: In C-TBS03, what exactly is 'burning' (other than the Magician)?
Clue 2: That is to say, the term for the magical fire itself.
Answer and Explanation
Answer: Morningstar Flames
Explanation: The Morningstar represents Pride (and thus 'brashness'), and Magician asks about how to turn off Morningstar Flames, which would be, well, burning.

Okay. So. How do we put out a flame that feeds on pride, ambition, and magic that is currently feeding off of an endless food source? Water. That's one option. However, it seems to be only a temporary solution as the flames kick back up after six or so hours. Murder. That's another option. Probably not what we're going to do in this situation. But if we kill the flames' source of fuel, they'll likely put themselves out. Magic. The ever-vague answer to all of our problems. We’d need some sort of Deus Ex Machina magical McGuffin to fix everything for us. Thankfully, those are soooo abundant.
Realistically, I think we need help. I'm a techie, Peppermint is a crackpot, Lavender is just figuring out how her powers work, Matcha seems more knowledgeable about cryptids than magic, and Hibiscus… well, I'm not sure unending optimism can fix this problem. I know a few magically inclined people. They're all working with the Society or Coven now, so it's probably not worth the trouble. Peppermint probably knows some people, too. Or he says he does, anyway. Matcha might know some people too… though I'm guessing all of his contacts are in the Coven as well.
In the worst case, we can figure out a way to the Upside. Either the Morningstar Flames will disperse in Morningstar, or we can find someone who knows how to put them out there. Of course, getting to the Upside won't exactly be easy when we don't know how to get… anywhere… yet. But if this Magician got there once, he can get us there again. While putting out the flames every so often "works," I'm worried that as the Magician's fatigue grows, he'll start to lose control, and the flames will spread all across Sunshine. The West Coast. Country. World. Pride is the utmost evil, after all.
