Hi Kyle! My name is Crystal and I work for the Floridian Cafe and Diner. We had no idea that there was still a Cafe and Diner in California! I’ll try and answer your questions the best I can.
Do you have any special numbers?
Yes! We have a verified [NUMBER] in our employee with full-lineage to the original [NUMBER].
How long have you been open?
We opened in October 2016. Although we weren’t using the name “Cafe and Diner” until around February of this year. Before that we didn’t really have a name for ourselves.
Are you franchised from the original Cafe and Diner here in California?
While not directly affiliated with the original Cafe and Diner, as mentioned our owner was close friends with the original owner.
Did your Cafe and Diner have investors?
We have received a small start up loan from our owner’s parents but have otherwise been funding our operations ourselves.
Speaking of our operations, it would seem that one of our current Customers has been captured by one of your employees, a Manager 26. Seeing as that’s our customer we will be sending a representative of our Cafe and Diner to assist you, if that’s all right.
