And that is how you serve two customers at once! My brilliance possibly knows no bounds, as it seems like everything worked out. I greased up (yuck) our Squonk in its own snot (yuck) and then set it loose on our Yellow Top. Now, this was the part where things could've gone wrong, as the Yellow Top got ready to punt the Squonk (as is Esterskaldian tradition). However, the Squonk managed to get some of its nose gunk on the Yellow Top, and it at least soothed its pain.

Instant. Unbreakable. Connection.

In that Yellow Top's mind, that little Squonk is the panacea for all of its worldly pains. And I guess it kinda was, wasn't it?

Anyway, with his savior in hand, our Yellow Top did the squatchy thing where it stepped and broke(?) the boundary lines and hopped back to, I presume, the Esterskald. Where in the Esterskald? No clue. Maybe back to where the Yellow Tops roam, maybe back to wherever lines up with Joshua Tree, maybe somewhere else entirely. But I would hope that Mr. Wilson will keep our Mr. Cox safe. Yeah, yeah, Squonks are miserable, death-prone, kind of nasty creatures that just seem to live to die, but it feels nice to have saved at least one.

As for the stability of the general area around Joshua Tree? Not a clue. Hopefully, everything is more or less normal, but it seems like a problem for the Owner or our Medium to look into. As for the peril the local tourists experienced, it's all been blurred out by the new mascot scheme I cooked up. I'm not sure if this will finally spur them into getting a new mascot, but I can only fix so many problems in one day.
