Unfortunately, most of them are lost and they don't have much information, since Mammon - Demon Prince of Greed, lord of Infernus - keeps on stealing them for...whatever.

So, the San Pedro Mountains Mummy, more often just called “Pedro,” is a weird little dude, yeah? He’s definitely a cryptid. I know that much. Though I guess the area of contention with him is… well… is he still alive, or is this just his body? Now, something interesting about Pedro is that he’s not just a singular Pedro. A couple of these little guys have been found throughout the Pryor Mountains throughout the years. Though the main “Pedro” has been missing since the 50s. Many in the coffee trade assume it was purloined by the Prince of Greed himself.
See, these small cryptid guys are allegedly cryptids from the Infernus before the Soul Accord was struck. Some even claim that they hail from the half of the Infernus that is all but unreachable, the Caelus. And, seeing as we recently encountered a confirmed Caelus cryptid, it might be true. Somehow the cryptids that live in the land of pure wantlessness can, in some cases, end up in the Flipside. Though it is still unknown why these little guys so often end up here specifically, and any time one is found, it isn’t long before they end up in the hands of Mammon. I’m not sure why Mammon wants to keep these mummies under wraps, but he does. Maybe he thinks they possess some secret of entering into the Caelus.
Ah—that’s the other strange thing about these little mummies, they’re mummies. No one is really sure what mummified them and if they are still alive or not. Cryptids don’t always need food, air, and water like Flipside creatures, so these little dudes may still be alive, just in a preserved state. If they are dead, though, it raises the question of why and how they were preserved. While it’s true most demons and cryptids don’t decay in the same way humans do, they don’t exactly mummify either. Unfortunately, the last known one was “lost” about 13 years before supernatural studies really took off in the States, so the information we have is a bit scarce.
