Answer: Undead
Explanation: There's a sentence in HHS04 that's written strangely. Using the numbers at the end of the sentence to index into the sentence gives "Howls of the Undead".
Summary of Receipt
Katherine Wade leaves a receipt, asking for help. She’s a zombie transformed using Black Blood from the Necropolis to make immortal soldiers for Astoria 23. She and other potential zombies are inside a secret Zulu facility, which she asks the CaD to shut down. Apparently, she also killed ‘Dingane’, or Randell Rune, a member of Zulu. This allowed her to gain his memories, giving her the necessary knowledge to ask for help. Lastly there’s some sort of mention of ‘words’ Shaka said when Dingane took the ‘mantle of Zulu’.

A MESSAGE TO THE CAD
S.O.T
It might be too late for me Cafe and Diner. You know that show? iZombie? Well, it turns out, not that far off. When you eat another human you gain their knowledge at least in a sense. At least in my final hour(s)? I have some clarity. I spent a week? Maybe two. Just suffering. Whatever they put inside me killed me instantly, but then I came back. I guess I'm a "zombie", but that's not exactly right. They're using some kind of black blood from the Necropolis of the Otherside. Trying to make immortal soldiers for Astoria.
Gosh, that food really hit the spot. His name was Dingane, or that's what everyone else called him. It was the name given to him by the Zulu Cult of the Astoria 23rd. As I'm typing this it's starting to go fuzzy... but there's so much more to Astoria than I think you know. Dingane's real name was Randall Rune, maybe that'll help you somehow. I'm in a secret Zulu/Astoria facility underneath the Hollywood sign. Once they figure out I ate Randall they probably won't be too happy with me. Although... I don't know if I can die. They'll probably send me off to the Freezer if I can't.
What happens to me is not important. I need you to shut this facility down before they can unlive more people.
It's fading now. Mary. My two boys. The house on the Oregon coast. Those words that Shaka whispered in my ear when I took the mantle of Zulu. The darkness.. It's all fading away. He is at peace now. But I know his soul could not be saved.
