AHHH NO!! NOT OUR POOR CHUPPIE!! This sucks. Majorly. Agh!!! Okay, well, we don’t need to panic or anything! I can figure out a way to our scale-baby home without my friend’s help. There’s a thousand ways to crack an egg to make an omelet. EGGLESS TRAVEL!! That’s an idea! Uhm, well, maybe not a great one, seeing as none of… know how to do that. But that’s option 1 of 1,000! I think a more realistic way we could get it done is to hijack a Decodex transport portal. Or we could even infiltrate the New Dawn Coven and figure out where they’re hiding their portals.
OH! Or, maybe Chery and I could use her Hag’s Eye to try to brute force a portal sigil. Sure, it wouldn’t be as satisfying, nor would we know exactly how we did it should we need to do it again, but results are results, right?! Between my limitlessish power and Cherry’s currently untapped vampire aunty powers, I’m sure we could rip a hole in the boundary lines between the Flipside and Otherside. Mmmmm… writing it down makes it seem like not a great idea. Even if our poor little chuppie’s life might be on the line.
Wellll I dunno. We could… maybe ask my friend for help. Maybe if she knew how urgent the situation has become, she’d be willing to help us out, just this once?? Or… maybe not. I didn’t realize she was marked for… well… rectification. WHICH I’M NOT GOING TO LET HAPPEN BTW! But… she is probably right in that we should just keep our distance from her. Ohh! What if I helped get Vanilla’s new thingy working? Othertech is like half magic half tech, right? I’m ALL MAGIC! I’m sure with my help, I could get it working! I’m gonna go see if I can help right now! If we can get that working, then I’m sure my friend would be willing to help us—maybe even join us!
