Clue 1: You might be tempted to go in the library, but we need to hit the floor instead.
Clue 2: Do you know the real name of Mrs. Hoffmann?
Clue 3: Drosselmeyer gives out three gifts in total, the third one being the eponymous Nutcracker. What is the first one?
Answer and Explanation
Answer: Harlequin And Columbine
Explanation: Mrs. Hoffmann's Baltimorean name is Drosselmeyer. In The Nutcracker ballet, the first gift that Drosselmeyer gives is Harlequin and Columbine. (The second gift is Vivandere and a soldier, and the third gift is the Nutcracker himself)
Summary of Receipt
The fight goes poorly. Although the CaD manages to fend off Unseen and Unheard pretty easily, Aka shows up halfway through the fight and somehow causes Payroll to bleed from her eyes. In the meantime, Hoffmann steals the Mechanism pieces and escapes, warning the CaD that the Nutcracker will not be as easy to kill as Gemini.

i take back everything i said about your customers being fun. they are not fun. holy crap. well... that definitely could have gone better and i dont know how it couldve gone much worse. now the dark has the mechanism pieces and payroll is bleeding out of her eye. i guess on the bright side it seems like we did at least get rid of the unseen and unheard. i guess i dont know whats stopping mrs. hoffmann from bringing them back... though it seems like when we killed them it really hurt hoffmann. maybe (hopefully?) that means he can bring those specific "toys" back to life. otherwise... well there isnt a lot of bright sides to be had. im sorry how bad that went everyone. its my fault for having such a stupid plan.
S.O.T.
Manager: Well, well, well, if it isn’t Drosselmeyer.
Hoffmann: Is this supposed to be a trap? It’s a pitiful one.
[Hoffmann gave his fingers a snap]
Big Guy: They’re here.
Hoffmann: Who, me?
H.R.: No. Gemini. I can sense the Unheard. It’s… behind [Payroll].
Payroll: EW! GROSS! Why does it always have to be coming after me?
Big Guy: Step back.
Payroll: Or’e ficul! Ed omul al! Jo’mal f’jalehlam!
[One of Gemini burst into expanding flames]
Gemini: AWEHRRRRRRERRRR
Manager: Redo ad flamon, redo ad flamon, artos de flamon, redo ad flamon, mi alavok ad Uriel.
[The Manager recalled the flames into an unlit matchstick]
Manager: Nicely done, love.
Hoffmann: Argh… how-
Big Guy: We got good at the game.
Barista: Don’t forget, the Unseen tends to be the more dangerous one!
Manager: Us’iel al nomal.
[A controlled burst of fire escaped from the Manager’s matchstick sweeping across the entire store until colliding with the Unseen.]
Gemini: AWEHRRRRRR
Hoffmann: ARGHHH. I won’t let you-
Aka: Stop. You’ve already lost the Unseen and Unheard. If you enchant anything else, you’ll certainly die.
Payroll: Redman!
Aka: Hello again, [Payroll].
Payroll: AHHH!
Barista: What’s wrong with [Payroll]?
Manager: REDMAN!
Aka: I don’t have time for this. Come, Drosselmeyer. We got what we came for.
Big Guy: The Mechanism!
Hoffmann: As the mechanism is made, so it must remain. Adieu, Cafe and Diner. Don’t expect- ha- don’t expect my next enchantment to go down so easy. Soon your- ha- your third gift will arrive. A glorious Nutcracker for the season.
Aka: Goodbye, [Payroll].
Payroll: AGHHHHHH.
Manager, H.R., and Big Guy: [Payroll]!
