Explanation: Ottawa is code name for the Otherside.

M.J. comes up with the idea that the Otherside has seven 'Planes', each ruled by a Prince of Hell, from which most cryptids and demons come. Those that aren't from one of these Planes are likely very, very old. He also theorizes that Mammon’s Plane, the Infernus, is probably linked to DeForest Park.

DATA ARE BLOOD CASE NO. 6
Now that I have three different Blood Data Signatures to look at, I can start to draw some conclusions. It also helps to know that this is all real, apparently. So… that’s something. On the bright side, it must mean that these numbers have some logic and that they do hold a consistent meaning. On the less bright side, that meaning might be impossible to understand in its entirety. Thankfully, I can also conclude that our research on the Blood Data is probably truthful, at least to the extent that the author(s) knew it to be valid.
This brings me around to my main finding/theory: the Otherside, the source of paranormal phenomena in our world, is broken into seven or more distinct planes. Of these planes, seven are either ruled by the Princes of Hell or are in some way connected to or based upon them. However, some entities, possibly very old, exist outside of this hierarchy. So, with all that in mind, if the Cafe and Diner’s purpose is to send customers home, we can utilize their Blood Data Signatures to make educated guesses as to where they belong in this “Otherside.”
Putting this into praxis, Mr. Perez. Our friendly Chupacabra most likely originates from or belongs in Mammon’s Plane of the Otherside. Now, if we believe the strange girl who spoke with S.W. outside the Cafe yesterday, somehow Mammon’s Plane is connected to DeForest Park, here in Long Beach. I’m not sure about the specifics of how or why, other than I find the use of the word “Otherside” interesting. Surely, if cryptids and demons come from an Otherside, there has to be an Other-Otherside or a Mainside of some sort. Mm. Mainside sounds weird. I’m sure there’s a better term for it, but what I’m getting at is our world is like one side of a coin and on the back is the Otherside. Somehow Mr. Perez came from the Otherside to our side, so there has to be a way to go from our side to his side, right?
