That is a big ass skeleton. Pardon my language. I’m not sure how No. 1 expects me to contain such a beast, though the area around the power station does offer some options. No. 53 and 71 have been off speaking with the locals trying to see if there is a specific myth or legend that might tie this Gashadokuro to this location. Well. No 71 has been talking to locals. No. 53 has been spending her time in Akihabara “pursuing important leads.” I’m starting to suspect she only wanted a free trip to Japan.

The appearance of Mrs. Mizuki, however, confirms that one of the four planes of the Otherworld is tied to Japanese mythology, most likely yokai. It is far from my area of expertise, but assuming yokai are like any other cryptid or demon, I should be able to hunt them. Drink-wise, No. 1 has suggested we refer to this yokai-plane as “Amazake.” It’s unclear if customers who drink Amazake only do so in Japan or if they can appear outside of their “home,” such as with Mrs. Kay and Mr. Cowon. I suppose it is also unclear if Mr. Inn simply flew to the Cafe or appeared there.

So far, there have been no signs of No. 1’s proposed “Miss. Satsuki.” According to a popular legend, Miss. Satsuki had the power to summon Gashadokuros using a magic scroll. If that is the case, it would make Miss. Satsuki a rather fearsome customer. Securing the area around the power plant will take a few days, and figuring out how to contain or kill this Gashadokuro will take as long. We might need No. 7’s help, although according to legend, Gashadokuros often burn themselves out after a while. So, we’ll just have to wait and see.

That’s all. Manager No. 4
