Clue 1: This is another of the Menu Code.
Clue 2: Identify the contents of the dish.
Clue 3: Three lines, three spins.
Answer and Explanation
Answer: It Doesn't Belong Here
Explanation: The first line, using the Menu Code (refer to C-CFU01's puzzle for the code), set to Eggs, yields "it doesn't". The second line, set to Sausage Patties, gives "belong". The line on the right, set to Hash Browns, is "here". All together, it reads "It doesn't belong here".
Summary of Receipt
17 finds a strange document. It was physically altered before going through the usual redacting, and was signed by Vulpes, the head of Foxtrot - individual-level cases. The person discussed in the document was some sort of hacker interfering with the ‘Mirror Project’ and is suspected to be linked to the Deep Corp 23 hacks. Their virus makes it so that an infected device cannot scan the two QR codes at the bottom - actually scanning them leads to ‘And none of you even knew’ and ‘I know you guys can see this, make sure the phone is safe’. It also mentions that Uniform is Astoria’s disinformation division.

CAFE AND DINER RECEIPT FROM 10/22/17

RECEIPT: ASALTYCONNECTION02
STATUS: OPEN
So far, no luck in establishing a more solid connection between A23 and Solomon’s. However, this document caught my eye for a couple of reasons. First off, it’s smudged. Like, heavily smudged. And not in the Cafe meaning. It was physically altered before being scanned, in addition to the usual A23 black highlighter. The document seems to be referencing “October 15th 2010” and some sort of subject with information regarding that date. It’s not a date that stands out to me for any particular reason. But “possibly connected to the DEEPCORP23 hacks.” Now that did stand out to me. It’s signed by Vulpes, so I’m guessing division Foxtrot. Foxtrot being the head division for individual-level cases... so that checks out. Uniform, again to my knowledge, is their disinfo division. So... take this all with a grain of Astorian salt.
The other... strange... thing I’ve noticed with these documents 62 found in August is that they’re usually dated for September. It’s possible 62 for a “hot” drive, but I’d think they’d want to cut off any missing drives ASAP. Of course, the year is smudged here, so it could be from last year... but the Deep Corp hacks didn’t happen until this year. Hm. Whatever this drive is, it might be something more valuable than we originally thought, especially if it is still receiving new reports from Astoria. I’ll see if there’s anything else either from September, in reference to Solomon’s, or in reference to the Deep Corp. The bulk of it is just raw data, though, so not too useful without some method of decrypting or interpreting it. At least not useful yet.
