Explanation: The puzzle is itself a reference to Tick-Tock the Crocodile, from Peter Pan. Another name for the Tarot Card known as The Fool that lines up with jaws is “The Crocodile”.

I decided to do a reading on Loveland, the Frogman. Huh. I guess his "Baltimore" name is just the Loveland Frogman. I guess the same could be said about the Point Pleasant Mothman. Anyway, I wanted to see if I could get the cards to tug at the threads of Fate again without having to be in an area of weakened boundary lines. The results were… interesting to say the least. Something about the Loveland Frogman isn't… right. Or, well, I guess something isn't typical with him.
It's really hard to put the practice into words, but like, imagine each card has a string tied to it. A thread of Fate. Shuffling the cards weaves the threads together. Then, a simple look at the past, present, and future pulls three distinct threads from the fabric of Fate. Three distinct threads, right? Well, with Loveland, it's like… a messy jumble of threads. It felt… mhm, not "wrong" but… tangled. I would go to pull the past, and it'd be the Fool… tangled up with a dozen other cards. A bad pull, okay, so I'd shuffle and try again… the Fool. Again. Tangled.
So, I kept trying, and eventually, I gave up and just pulled the past—The tangled-up Fool—and then when I went to pull the present, it was… completely disconnected. It was like pulling an ordinary card out of a mundane deck. The same goes for the future. No matter what I do, no matter how I shuffle or cut the cards, everything and anything that comes up for the Loveland Frogman is a very tangled-up Fool. I'm… not sure what to make of that. But I think it's another sign that we need to serve him a cup of coffee, well, a very sweet affogato, at least!
Peace, love, and foolish Joy!
