Me an’ 26 got that rowdy bird tied up tight with only a few scratches and scrapes. 26’s plan worked perfectly. We waited out along the road where folks have been gettin’ attacked, and sure enough, within a few minutes, she was swooping down claws out. After a bit of struggle, 26 was able to warp the three of us up to that there Pueblo Peak, where we already had a few bird-woman traps set up. After a few minutes of her hootin’ and hollerin’, she seemed to settle down, and we were able to actually speak with her. Now why does this harpy from Greek mythology speak perfect English? I do not know. I reckon we can chalk that up to more Otherworldly weirdness, what have you. She’s mad at us, but we’ll get her home soon as we can get No. 7 up there to do her thing.

S.O.T.

Mrs. Celaeno: LET ME GO!
No. 26: Woah, hang on, what was that?
Mrs. Celaeno: LET ME GO, NOW! YOU WRETCHED—
No 116: Hoo— y’all speak English? How about that. Where are you from?
Mrs. Celaneo: LET. ME. GO!
No. 116: Not before we know where you’re from and what you’re doing, darling.
Mrs. Celaeno: Olympus.
No. 26: So what are you doing all the way out here?
Mrs. Celaeno: I was hired to protect.
No. 116: Now that’s interestin’… protect what?
Mrs. Celaeno: I can’t say. He’s listening.
No. 116: Can you tell us who is listening?
[Mrs. Celaeno shook her head.]
No. 26: Can you tell us anything else? How do you get to Olympus? What’s it like? I assume Zeus is there—
Mrs. Celaeno: Zeus is trapped.
No. 116: Trapped?
Mrs. Celaeno: He was tricked by Chrysus. At least, that’s what I’ve heard. Hades and Poseidon too.
No. 116: So who’s ruling over Olympus an’ the waters and underworld an’ all that?
Mrs. Celaeno: Nyx and her kin. I’ve answered your questions, now let me go. I have work to do.
No. 116: We appreciate your cooperation, we do, but we can’t let you go maulin’ everyone who drives by a major roadway. Sorry. But we’ll send you back to Olympus soon as we can.
Mrs. Celaeno: WHAT? I DID AS YOU ASKED! LET ME GO! LET ME—
