Summary of Receipt
Mercutio (mentioned in FCLS02, in Otherworldly Adventures) leaves a receipt, having joined Capgras and Twain's new team. Seemingly a temporary member of the Cafe and Diner a while back (possibly as one of 17's replacements?), he's joined to help as an expert of the Blight, he himself being Blighted. Mercutio confirms that the Sebitti's corpse is Blighted, but that's it, and suggests Capgras and Twain find a second opinion.

Mwen p'ap manti, it feels good to be writing a receipt again. I grew quite fond of them over my five-month tenure at the Cafe and Diner. They are certainly more fun to write than the stiff and stuffy Astorian reports. Though I am curious why Shaka would be so… eager… to put together an entirely separate team from their own existing Zulu Cult. I suppose the general distaste among the Zulus for their current Shaka could be a factor. But is replacing them with a band of old friends and allies truly the way to win their hearts? Who am I to say?
In any case, I've been asked by Kiki to join this ti fèt due to my expertise in all things Blighted. Èske sa pa merveye? Of course, things have been a lot less Wicked lately. Though I, like many, still suffer the Blight. It's a terribly hard thing to shake. But I imagine without it, I would surely be dead as well. It is interesting, no? That it persists so strongly even after the Wicked. I know I was certainly disappointed that the Wicked's demise did not clear my own soul, and it seems I was not alone in that feeling.
As for the… "gift," Fenrir gave to Kiki, I can only do so much. There are traces of Blight on it, though it is very, ah, twisted. I can't quite make heads or tails of it myself. I believe we might need a second opinion on this matter. I'm sure one of the two Shaka can find someone to help me. Of course, I could always ask around Juliett or November, but dear Kiki imparted the implication that what we're doing is supposed to be "hush-hush," yes? I would hate to let any precious secrets slip.
