CAFE AND DINER RECEIPT

MR. PEREZ CASE NO. 7
As J.L.’s already announced, Mr. Perez is once again safely dining in at the Cafe and no longer stalking around the park. I’m not really sure why he thought he’d find fresh goat there, but, hey, I guess there are food carts sometimes. Though it is a weird place for him to hang around, airport or not. It’s got me thinking: there’s something there that he must be looking for, right? It’s probably just a snack or something. But I thought we could take him back to see what he’s searching for.
Though, of course, we’ll need to keep him on a tight leash this time. I wouldn’t want him running off again before his coffee is ready. And even if we can’t figure out why he’s hanging around the park, we could at least try and send him home. While we aren’t sure which flight he needs to take yet, there are only so many airplanes at an airport, right? Does that diner speak track? A.I. said we could figure it out by “guessing and checking,” and I don’t think that’s a horrible idea. So, we’re going to take him back to the park tomorrow to see if we can solve one problem or the other.
Although… Mr. Perez is a little… weird-looking? Not ugly, of course. He’s a rather handsome guy! But he doesn’t look how I’d expect him to look. It’d certainly catch the eyes of tourists if they saw him out in broad daylight. We could try taking him around at night—he seems fairly nocturnal anyway. In a low-light setting, he could possibly pass as an ordinary pup. Just need to look past his rough, scaley exterior and green tinge.
