62 elaborates on the Astoria heist. Essentially they snuck in absolutely undetected and managed to steal some encrypted information related to the Blood Moon, so he'll start trying to hack them. With any luck, he'll be done in 3-6 weeks.

62 here, and first off, I’m so sorry about 53’s receipt. I just didn’t have time to write one. I know it didn’t explain ANYTHING that we did. ANYTHING! But I guess there must be some method to her madness. I just can’t possibly begin to say what that might be. Though, as 53 mentioned, we didn’t really encounter any resistance from the S&P as they were truly gone on international business. So, let me recap what actually happened.
On the 26th, me and 53 took a trip to the Column to see if we could deliver a singing telegram. As expected from the salty snack I had earlier in the week, everyone had mostly gone for the day. Like 53 alluded to, they are busy serving a customer from a different country, and I’m still not talking about Canada. I still don’t know which country or what customer, but from A-to-O, the place was mostly empty. Me and 53 were able to get past pretty easy PeaZy. We both assume that either Z wasn’t there or didn’t care.
I managed to grab a few of their saltshakers while 53… helped? From what I could tell, these saltshakers were used for or during the Blood Moon special. The only problem is their lids are screwed on really tight, so it might take me 3-6 weeks to unscrew them. The good news, or bad news, or just news, is that we have about a year until the next special, so there’s no rush to unscrew it.
