While we iron out the details of dealing with Padre Santos' recently revivified congregation from Hell, the Long Island Branch has decided to take a little trip—down to another kind of Hell. Or Paradise, depending on your feelings about Newfoundland, Canada.
You know, I wasn't with you for the whole Quebec ordeal, but don’t you think Newfoundland fits that vibe a bit better? I mean, our Newfoundland is pretty much an Oldfoundland. Jokes aside, though, I’m serious—we’re headed to Newfoundland, where our Daiquiri Distributor is based.
Now, this could either be an incredibly stupid move, or it might just give us a chance to get ahead of Willow DeWeaver. Personally, I doubt she expects us to show up on her turf. Actually, before Nos. VI and VII pulled off their little hat trick, we couldn’t even get there, even if we’d wanted to. Oh, and speaking of that—remember, the waters around Newfoundland are strictly off-limits. Too cold. We don’t want to get frozen solid, do we? But the land—newly found or not—should be safe enough to explore.
As for who’s going: it’ll be the whole Cafe. No. 3, No. 7, No. 35, No. 53, No. 62, No. 116, No. 611, and myself. Mmm… yeah, I think that’s everyone. I don’t think I’m missing anybody.
Oh, and totally unrelated—but have you ever noticed when something’s super loud and obnoxious, your brain just tunes it out after a while? Like, say, a really loud, cherry-red box-dye screeching about "her" Archives? Just—whoosh. Gone from my mind.
Ah, right, right… No. 161 is coming too.
