Summary of Receipt
No. 1313 writes about a new customer in town. They seem to spread easily like a pandemic, and the previous idea does not work, since... poisonous to humans. They are at a loss of what to do next.

Another threat in our general area has appeared. Like the last, it is rather strange and downright weird. Smaller still than the last we faced. So miniscule it seems to pass from person to person without much of a trace. Yes, seems like another pandemic is well in tow. This one is doused in Daiquiris, though. Once caught, it drives its victims mad. It's something many would wish that they did not have. But no poison works as a cure. We can't give people weed killer, that's for sure.
Even if the chemical was sprayed in advance, this customer does not seem to want to dance. It survives within the toxic brew—moreover, it seems to thrive… who knew? Perhaps we've miscalculated in our haste. We've given Willow's woes a hidden ace. It could be those spores that we released. Perhaps with those in the air the garden spray's effects have ceased? Or perhaps this is no fluke of Eden's return. Perhaps this incursion was a chance for DeWeaver to learn. To study her weaknesses and adjust as needed. Now, she can properly plant our defeat, which has been seeded.
…Which has been seeded. That's a stretch. Sorry. I was hoping some rhymes might coax out Fate to give us a clue as to what the hell is going on. Daiquiri drinkers have been popping up left, right, up, down, and all around. Up… down… all around. Hm. That… might actually be a thread. But… it seems unrelated at the moment. The point is, we have a new customer as well, and it's spreading from Cancun to Havana and Key West. We have no good way of stopping it. Not yet. Even if it was also affected by the Mecoprop, we can't give that to tourists to cure them. Man… why do we always end up with the Miss. Customers?
