Clue

Hover over the clues if you require!
Clue 1: There are eight characters, and eight numbers. Don't focus too much on the timings.
Clue 2: Remember, no space between 'them'. As for what 'they' are...well, read the puzzle again.
Clue 3: Have you heard of the Rider-Waite tarot card deck? It's distinguished from the others mainly - like all the various tarot decks - by its naming scheme.
Clue 4: Book Cipher. Using exactly their names

Answer and Explanation

Answer: Doll Head
Explanation: The numbers are the ciphertext for a book cipher, with the Rider-Waite Major Arcana names as the 'book'.

We, uhm, well, we figured out what Umbra and the Dark wanted from our Cafe. Y’know how Payroll mentioned we received some comfort food from family AND friends? Yeah… that Robert head… is still alive. Kinda. After Payroll sewed him back up for New Guy’s room, it started to talk. Some kinda Shade power. It’s not actually Robert’s Shade, but a faint piece of his subconscious energy. And luckily for us, it has no sense of self-preservation or anything like that. It’s a totally open book, at least when it comes to what it knows.

So, after some “interrogation,” we learned that the Dark was here looking for anything Payroll might’ve kept from the First Cafe—anything that might’ve been psychically linked or otherwise “contaminated” by the original Owner. We’re not even sure that there is such a thing here, and I think the Dark realized that they made a bad gamble. See, they’ve given up on trying to find a perfect vessel for the Tulpa to reside in—they want to make their own. A doll, essentially. And that’s like a tall order. It isn’t just creating the physical form to house Ringan Storm; it’s a process of channeling an abstract essence into a tangible entity.

Every stitch, every chisel, every mark, and every material used has to resonate with the essence of who and what Ringan Storm is. Was. A reflection of both the sin of Pride and the original Owner’s genius… and madness. Of course, Robert’s unique perspective as a sort of sentient doll himself is invaluable in this process. However, according to Robbie’s Head, he only knows so much about the process. Tulpas aren’t really Shades, after all. So, Redman and Robert need outside help. They need a “toymaker.”

Peace, love, and Joy!
