CUSTOMER & ORDER: THE DARK
SERVER: H.R.

I’ve got some news on the Dark and it’s a bit of a doozy. While it might seem like they’re just out there in Palm Beach causing chaos for fun—there’s definitely some method to their madness. You know how Umbra mentioned a “Coming Storm”? I think Umbra’s real goal in all of this has been the creation or, well, manifestation of a customer who both is and isn’t. A figment of a figment. A raw emotion, a strong emotion, a concept brought to life. A thought-form of the Buddhist type.

So, you all obviously remember Thyrs and the chaos he caused, yeah? Well, I think that Umbra was hoping to use the body of Thyrs as a vessel for this concept of a customer. He didn’t quite cut it, clearly. I guess a Figmented customer isn’t quite the right fit for a figment itself, huh? Or maybe he just couldn’t handle the strain of becoming something more than he was. Whatever the case, Thyrs was a failed experiment in Umbra’s eyes. This makes me think Umbra must still be searching for the right vessel, someone or something that can hold this conceptual customer without falling apart or falling into madness.

So… what does that mean for us? Well, first off, we need to be on high alert for any new schemes Umbra and the Dark might pull in their attempts to fill out their customized customer. They’re not going to stop until they succeed. We’ll need to keep an eye and an ear out for any especially unusual activity. We might not have the manpower someone like the Agency has, but we’ve got something better—the actual willpower to stand up to Umbra and his gang of goons. We’ve just gotta stay sharp.

Peace, Love, and Joy!
