Clue 2: Or, I suppose, wives. Maybe they'd call it 'mating'?
Clue 3: Of the three - sometimes four - mates of Samael, only one fits the character clue.

Ancient terrors… primordial creatures that have lurked in the shadows from way, way long ago. Not quite Elders… but not quite your average Demons either. I’m not sure what the proper nomenclature is for what exactly Stronsay, Thyrs… and hell, even Pleasant are. I mean, yeah, “Blooded” Demons, or High Demons, is the “correct” term or whatever. But like… the difference between your average High Demon—some bastard kid of the Devil and Lilith, or the Devil and Eisheth, or the Devil and Naamah, or the Devil and whoever he puts his dick in—and these Ancient Demons is… staggering.
Speaking of the Devil and his many baby-factories, from what I can tell, both the Nuckelavee and Grendel are children of Naamah. Not quite as eccentric as the Virginian lot of Eisheth’s kids and not quite as… generic as Lilith’s brood. Naamah’s kids are rarely around these days, and I think we got a good glimpse of why. Lilith’s kids went on to hold high positions throughout the Otherside, content to rule over lesser demons at the sides of the Princes. Eisheth’s kids walk between realms, when possible, influencing both the Flipside and Otherside. And Naamah’s kids? They were hunted, killed, and imprisoned in veils beyond the Flipside and Otherside.
My point is, what good is Leviathan’s Locker really gonna do against a nightmarish Blooded, skinless horse and rider reeking of decay and oozing with malice? Why not just go the extra step further and throw the Nuckelavee into the Black Tide? Sure, it’s not exactly an Elder, but it’s not like the Tide only has Elders in it, either. Leviathan can throw as many of his little dinky Horrors at it as he wants, but the fact of the matter is the Nuckelavee will only stay put by its own accord. The only way to actually stop one of Naamah’s children is to put them completely outside of reality… even then… little good that did to keep the Grendel from reawakening.
