Well, just as we were starting to get an idea of not only what’s happening in the Necropolis but also the Otherworld, No. 2 showed up and forced us back to the Cafe. Interesting. Well, I suppose we aren’t in a position to argue with our “owner,” are we? But if Asmodeus is correct, it would seem each plane of the Otherside is tied to a plane of the Otherworld except for Infernus, Ouroboros, and the Necropolis.

Peace, Love, a little bit of suspicion, and Joy…

S.O.T

Mrs. Weyer: [No 44A]! [No. 4]! How long has it been?!

No. 44A: Hi, Nabby. Drinks? Please, drinks.

Mrs. Weyer: Drinks! Come, come, though I must say you’ve chosen a rather rotten time to pay a visit to the Court of Asmodeus.

No. 4: No kidding.

Mrs. Weyer: It was inevitable, really. Those Pit Dwellers, yugh, they’ve always been a violent bunch—haven’t they?

No. 5: Say, “Nabby,”—

Mrs. Weyer: Naberius Cerberus, High Marquis of her Lady Asmodeus.

No. 5: —Right. Naberius, yadda, yadda, you wouldn’t happen to know anything about the Morbid King, would you?

Mrs. Weyer: In what sense?

No. 5: How’d he… come about?

Mistress: A Morbid King will sit upon the Sunken Throne of Ys. He’ll shift the tide and slay the night. He’ll bathe in her blood and bring forth their ancestral flood. He’ll rise the tides of engulfing black to once more take the afterlife back.

No. 6: Asmodeus!

Mistress: It was prophesied. Though I do believe I have all of you to thank for his return. A disruption in what was meant to be. A page burned black from the First Bible.

No. 5: Jester’s wit—look, we didn’t—

Mistress: It was inevitable. The Otherside… it has been weakening. Strained by… tumors. The Morningstar illuminating shining shores of apple fields, the Hauntaurskald yielding to godlike might, the Esterskald twisting into unforeseen forests and flurries, and Mayda harboring islands obscured by night and mist.

No. 5: And the Necropolis?

Mistress: I fear there is a tumor hidden here as well. A promised afterlife beyond what the Necropolis already offers.

No. 224: But! But! That is not all of the planes! What about the Ouroboros and, yes, what about the Infernus?

Mistress: Belphegor and Mammon. I suppose they are to blame for all of this—

No. 2: Sister!

Mistress: Speak of the son of the Devil.

No. 2: I was wondering where you all went off to. Let’s get you back to the Cafe, hm? I fear my beloved sister is rather busy and shouldn’t be bothered right now.

Mistress: Why don’t you have the stench of the Otherworld on you?

No. 2: Hm? I don’t know? I take more than whore baths? Always lovely checking in. Try not to die!

[No. 2 opened a portal back to the Cafe, ushering the Managers and Employees out of the Necropolis]
