Wait.
Is it the 20th? That’s… not a good sign. To us, it’s only been a day, a morning at that. Or at least it has only felt like one morning… one long, uncomfortable continental breakfast… There is or was some serious temporal trickery happening. Dolos’ doing no doubt. This whole hotel is an entirely different level of weird than we’re used to, and that’s saying something. For one thing, we can’t just ignore the “bellhop.” He’s a bizarre demon of some sort who is playing the part of every employee in the hotel. And I say demon because I didn’t recognize him from Greco-Roman mythology, so I did a quick scan with my CaDCom. He’s Maydaian.
Then, there’s the matter of the other guests staying at this hotel. Odin, Takiyasha, Umbra… and… someone. Something? I’m not sure what or who the hell that was but it was enough to have the entire hotel shut down by Dolos and Tisiphone. We’ve all been locked in our rooms since breakfast was interrupted by some… thing. I don’t recognize it from any known mythologies but it’s clear that whatever it is, was working with Umbra. Figures.
Well, despite being locked in our rooms we can’t forget why we came here in the first place: to find the second piece of the key of three. Odin and Takiyasha want it too, and perhaps for somewhat benevolent reasons. They think the Antekeys can either restore their planes or prevent the End from being sealed. All I know is that we need to secure the Antekeys for our 0wner. The good news is we know that the second piece of the key is still here despite our breakfast intruder. The Pearl is still showing it to be in the Hotel somewhere. The problem is every time we get close to finding it, the Pearl “says” it’s somewhere else in the hotel. I suppose we could ask the bellhop for help, though as friendly as he may seem, he still works for Dolos and Tisiphone.
Though, he is unnaturally friendly.
