Notebook update: that thang don’t open. TRUST ME. I’ve spent two weeks trying to crack that nut, and boy-oh-boy, I’m starting to suspect magic is involved. I know, I know, we all figured it was magic, but the fun thing about magic is sometimes if you hit it with a hammer long enough, spells wear off. And sometimes, if someone drives over it in their car a few times, the spell will wear off. And, yes, on the odd occasion, you pop a magic sucker into the Microwave for a CRISP like minute thirty, and that’s enough to disrupt the spell. But not this thing.
I suppose this is Prince-Level magic here. And Princes get the distinction of being, well, Princes because they are so freaking powerful when it comes to magic. They are the seven most powerful mortals probably in all of existence. Wild. And we’ve slapped so many of their cheeks (literally and figuratively) by this point. Heck, now our boss is even one of them! Well, two if you count Sophie, but she’s like a distant business mom. Then again, I suppose Muldra is also a distant business mom. What is Muldra up to anyway? What, he only shows up when dozens of Elders pop up?
MULDRA! I bet he would know how to open this little Satanic Girl Tech Password Journal. Heck, I’m sure Muldra or Sophie could just pop it open if they wanted to. Though, doing so would then tell Muldra that we have this notebook, and he would also be privy to the information inside, good or bad. It’s a conundrum. We could also maybe get Levi to crack it open. It was tucked away on his tiny island. Of course, I’m just spitballing here. I still have a whole closet full of questionably legal items to try on this bad boy. Though I am just putting it out there that if we can’t get it open, we can always ask another Prince for help. We’d just need to decide if that’d be worth it in the long run.
