Woah.

Wow… that was… a lot. I mean, all of this has been a lot, to be fair, but that… was something else. No. 2 actually kept his word and called out to his brother, Levi, to come put an end to the wandering Elders and their savior, the Sunkenman. I know he probably only called up Levi, so we’d move on to find the next piece of “his” Antekey, but I can’t help but feel like there was something… more. Some sort of hidden plot. For some reason, No. 2 wanted the Sunkenman dead. Ah, yeah, speaking of—

Leviathan put an end to the Sunkenman. Well, at least we all think he did. The problem with the Sunkenman is that he is, or was, a half-elder. Though, from what Leviathan knows of half-elders, they almost never actually inherit their parent’s immortality. Sure, they might be harder to kill than most, but true immortality belongs exclusively to Elders and Elders alone. On that subject, Leviathan has returned all the floating Tsjs back to the Tide, and seeing as he used the Alkahest to kill the Sunkenman, he has that jarred up as well.

Now, for the bad news; there’s no way to reseal the Black Tide. Thankfully, the Tide is no ordinary prison—the cracks that have formed have been lost in the inky swash. Leviathan said he’ll be increasing the number of his Horrors that watch the Tide, but it’s unlikely anything else has escaped or will escape using the newly opened passage. Well, with that all sorted, I suppose all that’s left is to take care of Mrs. Morrison and Mrs. Ogeron. Then we can start searching for the new fragment of the Olympian Antekey. Before Leviathan dissolved the Sunkenman, we were able to grab enough of his blood to banish his balls and bring them back to the Hauntaurskald. And as for Ogeron… well, hopefully, their Fury can be tamed.
