Alright, OPERATION GREENOUT: (Sure makes you feel like an Astorian asshole to have a named operation, huh?)

Phase One: Setting the Trap

The Owner, using his enigmatic and often otherworldly ability to always be E-steps ahead of everyone else, will utilize his impeccable foresight and office full of stringboards to figure out the ideal location—the place where the Redman is most vulnerable. This could be a place tied to his past life or just a spot where Hauntaurskaldian demons are naturally weaker. Then, the Secret will call upon his endless network of connections (probably just Mr. White or something) to acquire artifacts or talismans that might entice the Redman to the Owner’s chosen spot. Meanwhile, Tech Support will create some sort of Othertech device that can be used to trap the Redman… energy fields or some sort of demonic disruption signal… I don’t know the specifics, but I’m sure Tech Support’s got something up her sleeve that’ll fit the bill! Oh! And the Flower should probably go out and wrangle up a whole lot of Squonks in case anyone gets Bloodshot in the process. And I think we could get this all set up in… like a week? Two weeks?

Phase Two: The Execution

This is where I come in! Those artifacts- whatever the Secret can get his hands on- I spin a rumor that they are exactly what the Redman is looking for. I have a few ideas for that… but the key point is, no, I don’t expect Secret to actually find something the Redman wants; I’ll just shill it to him, per usual. With Medium’s help, I’m certain we can pull something together from his memories that he’ll want to snag. That’ll lead him to the trapped location chosen by the Owner. Also, we’re going to need the UFO to do some research into Redman’s fighting style and techniques, you know, to strategize some countermoves and contingencies. I know he tends to use his gun more than his sword these days, but we should be ready for things to get samurai-messy.

Phase Three: The Confrontation

Now it’s time for the Scry and Old Man to work their magic. Literally. Work their magic. I want the Old Man and Scry to figure out a way to amplify her natural immunity to the Hatman. That should keep him out of our hair long enough for the Old Man to exploit the connection between the Redman and the Hauntaurskald. His power isn’t his own, remember? That’s why I’m worried he’ll fall back on swordsmanship once the Old Man strips him of his Boogieman powers… temporarily, at least. Long enough for the Owner to deliver the final blow. Dealer’s choice in that regard, but I figured he should be the one to end this customer once and for all.

Now… I know I left a lot of this up to you guys to figure out the specifics, but I have full faith in all of you to execute your pieces of Operation Greenout flawlessly. Or… close enough. We do take half successes here, after all.
