RECEIPT #00E
DATE: 5/11/96
THE OWNER

I have been conversing with our special guest, and for now, we should do our best to keep their name from our records should their former employer keep an eye out for them. In any case, it’s become clear that serving Mrs. Aka is all but inevitable. I’d say her reservation has come up a bit prematurely, though I’m certain we’re up for the task regardless. While #71 was able to stabilize our guest’s pressing issue, he still believes that Mrs. Aka’s influence lingers. Even if we do our best to keep our guest sheltered from their employers—it won’t take long for Aka to catch wind of their presence here anyway.

In that spirit, we’ll need to start forming a plan for Mrs. Aka’s service. Unlike with our usual customers, winging it and hoping for the best won’t be an option with any of Padre’s Dark Triad. Aka has shown herself to be quite the skilled manipulator, and regardless of how many contingencies I can account for, the only one I am certain of is that she’ll always have another trick up her sleeve. Still, it's better to try to plan than not, so I’ll have #17 and #71 begin their usual strategizing.

As for everyone else… #26, #62, and #53 continue working on Mr. Higden’s service. Hopefully, it will be cleared up before our service for Mrs. Aka, though if #35’s recollection is correct, maybe that could work in our favor? Speaking of #35, while I am not certain of *how* or *why*, try to continue your personal investigation into Mrs. Aka’s past. Perhaps there is something useful still to be found there. Lastly, #44, Mr. Higden is attracted to something that much is clear, so I am tasking you with discovering what exactly that is.
