Hover over the clues if you require!
Clue 1: #17 knows a lot of people.
Clue 2: Not a reference to Mary, mother of Jesus. Really, she's the mother of...the opposite, I suppose.
Clue 3: Who is the 'mother' of Mr. Trigano, Mrs. Pleasant and so on? Look at Debt Come Due's C-TGSB02.
Clue 4: Keightley isn't 'closely' related to them. Who's her mother, in that case? Just try between one of the other two options.
Answer and Explanation
Answer: Eisheth
Explanation: Pleasant's mother is Lilith, while Keightley is said to not be closely related to her. Thus, she's either of Eisheth's folk or of Naamah's.

Always pleased to make another connection, though I must admit I am not all too fond of Eisheth’s kin. They tend to be a rather odd bunch. Dangerous too. Though I suppose Naamah’s children are often considered much, much worse. Though, thankfully, much rarer too. The Púca is a strange fellow, a bringer of fortunes, both good and bad, and a powerful shape-shifter. To put it into perspective, he was able to shift his form to match that of the hiding Hidebehind so perfectly that his presence went undetected by even the notorious well-hidden Cryptid. Should he want to, I believe he is able to augment his form to that of the size of a small island. When in good fortune, he tends to prefer a nimbler form.
As for what we discussed “off the record,” it is not exactly new information, though it confirms what you had feared the most. Somehow, Satan turned my unbridled Envy into one of his Anathema Proxies. It would seem that this “in plena sin” does indeed involve imbuing a human with a “pure” sin. The Púca was able to see the sin blazing within my own eyes. As for why you weren’t able to see it with your Blighted Eye, it would seem there are some things hidden even from you. That must be rather annoying—though I must warn you, keep your wrath or lust in check. Unfortunately, there is no way to fix this. I am stuck with this “Mark of Envy,” perhaps for the rest of my life. At least, as far as the Púca knew, anyhow.
This does clarify Satan’s plans, at least. To utilize the Anathema Proxy, he must imbue seven humans with these “pure” sins. Perhaps, should Long Beach have been destroyed by the Astorians, he hoped to fill one of us with Wrath or Sloth? In any case, we must exercise extreme caution to avoid succumbing to our baser instincts—though how Satan was actually able to imbue me with Envy remains a mystery. One we need to crack before he claims another Cafe employee. Worse, he might not be so petty as to only target us, and if that is the case, how can we possibly know how far along his plan is?
