Summary of Receipt

Satsuki has indeed arrived to handle Mizuki. Satsuki's likely the 'Prince' of the Japanese-mythology Plane of the Otherworld, since she managed to calm her down. The CaD plans to keep Mizuki in the Flipside for now to try and observe Satsuki more. 71's also been doing her own investigation, while 53's been going on a tourism spree.

As expected, Miss. Satsuki has arrived. She is very familiar with Mrs. Mizuki and has been able to placate her for the time being. However, just as soon as Miss. Satsuki arrived, she vanished. We weren't able to speak with her, but No. 1 did overhear a bit of Miss. Satsuki's conversation with Mrs. Mizuki. After having her CaDCom translate the Japanese, we believe Miss. Satsuki, in some way the ruler of this plane of the Otherworld. Additionally, she seemed to disapprove of Mrs. Mizuki, though there seems to be something lost in translation as she did not refer to her as a Gashadokuro.

Though, with the Gashadokuro in a calmer state, we have been able to fully contain it within the Power Station's ruins. However, we cannot send it back to its plane of origin without No. 7's special touch. Though, considering the de-escalation of the situation, we would like to keep the Gashadokuro in the Flipside for the time being to see if Miss. Satsuki returns and what she does regarding the Gashadokuro. We believe Miss. Satsuki intends to send the giant skeleton home, and perhaps we can uncover how that works for people who don't have a magic tattoo.

In the meantime, No. 71 has been conducting her own investigation, which I will leave to her own receipts. And No. 53 has also been conducting her "own investigation," which has consisted so far of frequent trips to maid cafes and arcades. I would reign her in if I could, but that is a battle I do not wish to undertake. For now, No. 1 and I will wait for Miss. Satsuki's return and keep an eye on the sleeping giant.

That's all. Manager No. 4
