She tells the CaD that Project LA's being conduced under the Hollywood Sign, and pleads with them to stop it.

We got a very alarming letter from a girl named “Katherine Wade” who we suspect is Zulu’s subject, KW. No. 62 was able to track its location, and I’m going to go with No. 17 to try and save her. I hope we aren’t too late. The letter reads as follows:
“It might be too late for me, Cafe and Diner. I… I had to do it. I had to eat him. I was so hungry. It was a hunger I had never felt before. And they kept everything from me, water, food, light, touch, everything. Something changed in me, and I had to eat him. And now? Now he is a part of me. His memories, his knowledge, his thoughts, his passion, his ambitions, they all live in me. I think I might have eaten more than just his body.
Well, in these moments of clarity and knowledge, I can tell you exactly what they did to me. They injected me with a sample of Black Blood. Asmodian. Possibly even Asmodeus’ own blood, which was acquired at the battle of the Half-Moon Court. Though the samples were randomized for this experiment, there is no way to know if I have the blood of Asmodeus herself, a shadow’s Sableblood, or just a regular demon. But, considering I am still alive despite being dead, it suggests I received the sample of Prince blood. At least, that is what HE thought.
Randall Rune. He was a Zulu agent known as Dingane. As I’m typing this, it’s starting to get… fuzzy. I’m not sure if I’m dying now or if it’s just Randall’s memories fading away. I’m in the secret Zulu facility below the Hollywood Sign. You need to stop them. Randall was worried you, the Cafe and Diner, might be the only ones who could stop them… And…
Mary… my boys… the house on the Oregon Coast… the words Shaka whispered in my ear when I took his oath… the darkness… it’s all fading away…
