Summary of Receipt
134 can’t reach the Other Cafe for some reason, though he can reach 11411 so it's clearly not a serious issue. Still, a test subject is necessary, and 134 decides to experiment on a group of failed experiments, hellish abominations warped by magic and science. 134 justifies it as releasing them from their suffering. However, the creatures aren’t near the physical Cafe, so he'll have to travel out to 'free' them.

CAFE AND DINER RECEIPT FROM 10/26/17
MANAGER 134
RECEIPT: ENDOFTHEWEEK03
STATUS: OPEN
No word from the Other Cafe. Stranger still, we haven't been able to reach them at all. Though I'm sure whatever mess they've gotten themselves into, they can get themselves out of. We were still able to reach 11411, so it can't be that bad. In any case, we have plenty of time to hear back from them. It's not like I'm trying to replicate the IRIS procedure. So that leads me back to the inevitable and incorrigible. I need a test subject.
I think I know where such a subject could be. It came to me like a vision in the night. It is, I admit, dark. But sometimes, the coffee must be brewed as such. There is a group of creatures who have already endured the worst of fates. They have already been heavily altered by magic and science. Experimented on and corrupted into hellish abominations. To this end, I see no reason why one or two more experiments could hurt. Though it is not often the way of the Cafe to cause unneeded harm. Though the damage caused could cancel out greater suffering later. Though I am unsure if we should proceed with this plan.
What am I saying? Of course, we must go through with this plan! It would seem to be the only way. And, like I said, these creatures have already been dealt a horrid hand. To... release them from their misery is a blessing. Well, that sounds dark, doesn't it? Why would I, why would I keep doubting myself? Doubting my talents? Of course, I can perform this operation, and I can ease the suffering of these forsaken children at the same time. It is the only way.
Unfortunately, these creatures are not local to our area. We'll need to travel a bit to reach them, though they shouldn't be hard to find. I will leave at once, and I will handle this dark task alone. I wouldn't dare wish this task on my fellow coworkers. I will go and will free them from their agony. I will free them all. Do not fear friends. We will succeed.
