Summary of Receipt

They deal with Florida and Higgins, as well as a mystery third helper - a Skunk Ape. Manager 4 defeated the Skunk Ape while 512 sealed Higgins away. Manager 5 smashed Florida’s body up, then suspiciously steered them all away from finding what was actually underneath the bowling alley, as if he knew what was under it.

Ok, so wow, I think Robert has like “anger issues.” I was kinda hoping his new GF would’ve mellowed him out a bit more… but alas, he is still a very disturbing little freak. I do, however, think it is very cute that they got a pet together! A big ol’ Mrs. Doerr. So it seems like whatever 5’s mysterious underground sources are, they are still pretty spot on. Anyway, we did put a decent stop to him and his latest plot.

So first off, he struck again around midnight on, well, I guess today, the 26th. And we let him and Anabelle have a go at the bowling alley for a little bit. I mean, like, come on, there’s already a lot of damage, so what’s a little more going to hurt, right? Though I will say, the Skunk Ape they brought did a lot more of the heavy lifting this time around. As soon as we heard Robert get excited, we jumped in, and he said, “You again?!” And it’s like, uh, yeah?? We’re not just going to let you rip up random bowling alleys, dude. Like, you’d think after the whole Dark thing he would’ve gotten what we’re all about.

But anyway, he sent the Skunk Ape after us, which by the by, ew. They are literally the worst. A smell like I can’t even begin to describe. Something kinda like, ok, you know, like if you throw out moist rice and leave it for like a few days? Something close to that. But I mean, come on, No. 4 vs. a Skunk Ape, I think we all know who wins that fight. Then... I don’t really know what happened, but somehow, No. 5 and Robert got into a fight that just left Higgins and me. I admit I’m not as good at ghost hunting as the Long Island crew, but I think I did ok! I hit her with a few smudge sticks, a little splash of holy water, and just like that, she was gone. Well. “Gone.” I don’t think I fully, you know, like, expunged her. But the nice thing about Higgins is she is tied to an item, and I was able to seal off that item for the time being. I’m guessing her whole deal works a lot like Robert’s deal, where she can possess multiple bodies because the doll I fought did not look like the historic Annabelle doll. At least, I hope that the historic doll doesn’t have razor blade fingers. If so, I see why people figured it was evil.

So, anyway, No. 4 dealt with the Skunk Ape, I dealt with Anabelle, and No. 5… well, I still don’t exactly know what happened there. I was so focused on Annabelle that I missed whatever happened there, though I did see a very smashed-up Robert body. Like, eviscerated. I asked No. 5 if he knew what they were after, and he said something along the lines of: “Better to leave this one alone, choice? Robbie won’t be causing any more problems here.” So that… is… suspicious. Not like No. 5 got possessed suspicious, no, like, No. 5 knows something we don’t, suspicious. In fact, this whole time, it felt like he knew what was under this bowling alley… Hm… Well, getting him to talk is probably more trouble than it’s worth. I still trust him, though…

No.

No, I trust him. I have to. We have to.

Peace, Love, and Joy!
