Lawd above and lawds below! Me an' 44A 'ave been havin' a chin wag and research in'er Mr. Cowon an' 'is menu, an' I'm absolutely confused. This changes a whole lot about what we thought we knew about Ottawa. Right, well there goes the Unified Ottawa Theory, innit. No, no, I'm just chuffed seein' as I spent cock 'n hen years learnin' that dumb theory and now it's not true is it?

Let me translate, sorry about him by the way, basically Mr. Cowon isn't from around here and isn't from Ottawa. The Unified Ottawa Theory is, or was, an extension of the works of Crowley and Carroll, really good baristas. It was a protocol for organizing customers and the types of drinks they like. There were 7 types of drinks and everyone liked one of them. Mr. Cowon likes an 8th drink. All of our menu is set up around those 7 drinks. So... We're in uncharted waters here. Our instincts tell us that he likes a good cup of Green Tea... but symbolism would suggest Hot Chocolate. That's wrong on both accounts. I guess we just need to figure out what kind of drinks customers like from Quebec. Which will take time. Oh, we did figure out when Mr. Cowon officially arrived, the 21st of January and it looks like we have until April 10th to get him sorted.
