Summary of Receipt
Abner teaches 161 some Augur skills, which she uses to locate the Stone. They’ll give it to Palm Beach to pass to Nicole. Abner also offered to take 161 on as a full-time student to learn more Augur skills, which would be better than what she previously did. Apparently she didn’t really know what she was doing, and after an incident in the Esterskald gave it up. Anyway, Abner apparently knows where Malachi and Magdalena are. Malachi’s a born Augur, which made him a ‘mega hermit’, while Magdalena used to be a famous ballerina but was forced into hiding because ballerinas aren’t usually immortal.

AYYYYYYYYOOOOOOO guess who found the silly little stone??? thats right this gurrlllll!!! stone finding champ 2022 right here!! ok ok yes i did have a little extra help. abner taught me a few new augur type tricks. you know what? i kinda missed doing the whole "augur" thing. HECK i didnt even know that was the proper term for it. "AUGUR" it sounds so cool. i kinda gave it up after the incident in esterskald but... tbh... it is actually really fun when you actually know what the heck youre doing instead of just kinda playing magic russian roulette.
so now we have abners shiny little magic stone and we are going to drop it off at the florida branch so they can take it with them tomorrow to the necropolis. thatssssss what five stones now? we. be. KILLING IT! ofc ofc we are the cafe and diner after all. OH YEAH i almost forgot! abner totally knows where malachi and magdalena are! it turns out that malachi was BORN an augur, kinda like no. 1, it is has led him to be a mega hermit. like abner is already kind of a hermit but malachi is a M E G A hermit. and magdalena aparently had to go into hiding because she was a pretty famous dancer back in the day... but ballerinas dont typically stay 25 forever.
abner said hed be more than happy to put us in touch with them. and.... AND... abner even offered to TEACH ME more augur skills. he wants to take me on as a full-time student of the auguric arts. after this whole stone business is done anyway. and you know what? perchance i might. dont worry though! im not leaving the cafe! i'll probably just switch to archive-work only for the duration of my training. no clue how long that'll be... but i think itd be helpful if i actually learned how to use second sight.
