Summary of Receipt
Manager 5 suspects that for Eden to return, another of the six seals would have to break - and only two would remain before the Apocalypse and the end of the 16th Sphere. He also explains that Eden isn’t exactly a Plane of the Otherside, but more of a Plane of its own, similar to the Flipside or Otherside. Also, yes, the Otherside is the remnants of the Skald, along with Morningstar, Infernus and Necropolis attached to it. Also the Ouroboros, but that’s just different. Speaking of the Ouroboros, it’s the ‘skeleton’ of Eden. So how exactly would Eden be able to reenter the Sphere if its skeleton is still there?

Oi, business as usual, eh? What business is that as of late? Tricking ol’ No. 5 into screwing up? It’s hard not to feel as if I’ve just been used repeatedly by Wicked, Fate, Jean, hell, and God. Business as usual. Well, all the world’s a Cafe, and all the people are merely employees or tourists, choice? I suppose I’d rather have a few exits lined up, especially seeing how things have been going lately.
Right, well, I’m not afraid to say it—Eden. The big ‘ol mysterious “Eighth Plane” of the Otherside. But that not’s quite right, is it? Eden isn’t a plane of the Otherside. It’s a plane in and of itself. Has to be. Same as the Flipside isn’t part of the Otherside. Well, I suppose the Ouroboros isn’t exactly part of the Otherside either, is it? Though if we are getting this pedantic, Morningstar, Infernus, and the Necropolis aren’t part of the “Otherside” either. But I think we can all expand our definition past the Skald choice? However, there is a much more pressing issue… Eden can’t quite be in two places at once, yeah? If the Ouroboros is like the skeleton of Eden was… how can Eden bloody well be there again?
I guess the fun is in waiting and seeing what the cosmic punchline ends up being. Though, in opening Eden, another one of those “seal” things broke. If you know, you know, if you don’t, don’t sweat it. But my quid is on another seal needing to crack for Eden to come back into the fold. Which would leave just two more seals before the end of the world. For real this time. Sure, cycles come and go all the time. Whole bands of existence get snuffed out every second. But if these six seals are destroyed? There goes the Sphere. And I’m starting to wonder if it’d even be worth making another one. At what point does God just wash His hands of this whole failed experiment?
