Summary of Receipt

The Owner concludes the ACWR receipts, with Aka's secret being revealed and 35 secured safely. Unfortunately, there are three issues. Firstly, whatever Augustine Sarcophim did using her Augur powers seems to have been forgotten by her, though it's likely related to Mr. Mayne. Second, 35's parents aren't exactly happy with her disappearance. 53's done what he can, but the Owner may need to take other measures. Lastly, when searching for 35, the Owner may have done something rash in an attempt to regain control of the situation, things having spiraled far too much out of his control and knowledge. Now free of the Cancellation Clause, an incredibly dangerous - and chaotic - customer has been released.

THE OWNER
Tab Paid for ACWR care of the Cafe and Diner

That was a rather unexpected and frightening diversion. I suppose, if Mrs. Aka is to be believed, Employee #35 was never in any “real” danger. Never trust a Canadian. Especially the dancing kind. Still, I feel like we have uncovered the major loophole Mrs. Aka has been utilizing to continue playing her deadly games. I’m unsure how we can use that against her yet, but the cracks are starting to form. Thankfully we solved the riddles Mrs. Aka provided in time, and Employee #35 is once again safe at the Cafe. Though this messy affair has resulted in three unfortunate consequences.

First, though Employee #35 does not remember exactly what was done to her, it would seem the Nicaraguan Coffee seller, Augustine Sarcophim, somehow utilized #35’s unique talents. It’s unclear what exactly he wanted to do with her skills, but if I had to guess, it relates to his attempted service of Mr. Mayne somehow. Second, #35’s parents, Sean and Hazel, are not terribly pleased that their daughter was missing for the better part of five or so days. #53 has tried his best to sell them a nice calming cup of decaf, but I fear we’ll need to figure out a stronger brew to placate them. Lastly… I acted in a perhaps “rash manner.”

I will admit that lately, I have felt that things have been too far out of my control. It is a terribly uncomfortable position to be in, especially for myself. So, in an act of retaliation against Mrs. Aka and an admittedly foolish bid to regain some control, I called on a rather dangerous and unpredictable customer. There is no guessing what this customer will bring and if he will grant a boon to us or the Church. He has been such a problem in the past that he was locked away under something known as the “Cancellation Clause.” However, Mrs. Aka’s actions and some additional work from #71 have freed him from his cancellation for another season of mind-bending madness.
