Summary of Receipt

Half the teenagers' class was missing today (being 'questioned' about their Satanic connections), and their substitute teacher was Abigail Hawthorne. 35 and 44 tried interrogating Abigail about where the students were, but to no avail. As for 1313, she has an idea - though she won't be taken in, if she has a disguise, it's possible she might be able to get captured intentionally and sneak in.

That can’t be good. About half of our homeroom was missing when we showed up to school today. And instead of our usual old fart teacher, we got an even worse fart—Abigail. She mentioned that the missing students were being questioned by local authorities due to direct ties to Satanism. Of course, Red wouldn’t stand for that. You know, she’s kind of cute when she’s all fired up like this. I kinda wish we got to do something more special for Valentine’s Day, but with everything that’s been going on lately… Well, maybe we can do something after things get back to normal. If things ever get back to normal.

So, #35 and my brother launched into a series of rapid-fire questions, which Abigail dodged and deflected. What evidence was there to suggest a tie to Satanism? Can’t say due to the risk of further spreading it. Where were they taken? Somewhere safe but isolated. What will happen if they’re guilty? None of our concern. When were they taken? Yesterday after school. Will more students be taken to be questioned? Everyone will be judged at some point, and when judgment day comes, the sinners and Satanists will be cleansed in a purifying fire.

None of us liked the sound of that last answer. But what can we do? It’s like these Suckers have suckered everyone in town to go along with their crusade. I wouldn’t even know where to start looking for our missing classmates, and Abigail has made it clear that the three of us won’t be taken in. But… Hm… You know, I doubt she’s ever seen me without my makeup on. I’m practically unrecognizable if I’m not clad in my usual black. I could probably even “borrow” a drama club outfit or something and try to blend in with the regular student population. Hm…
