Oi, looks like I've got a bit of rabbit and pork to do 'ere. When some geezer says you've nicked their actual boat race, that's a proper drastic claim, innit? And it ain't really half-inching if you plan on givin' it back. And I did plan to return it, straight up. I just needed 'is mug to sneak into the Dark for a bit of a butcher's. The Roamer was on Umbra's bench, and it seemed like a good idea to shadow a shadow, if you get me drift.

Cor blimey, that plan went belly up in the end, and we wound up gettin' the help we needed from the Redman. And then, of course, things got well 'ectic once we 'ad to nip up to the Topside and then nickin' the chiv, torchin' the Archives, causin' a right old barney. You lot know the tale. I guess in that chaos, I must've lost the Roamer's boat. Which I could've sworn I left it in the Florida Vault.

Now, Mr. Kansai 'as searched the gaff from top to bottom and says it ain't there. I'm worried maybe the littl'un took it with 'im, but I like to think we taught 'im better than to nick. I reckon it must be somewhere in the Otherside, luggin' round Nottinghamshire. It'd explain why it's been so 'ard to find. That or it washed up in Mayport. 'Course, Bed an' Breakfast already had a butcher's there, no joy. I think I might need to call in a favor to sort this mess out.
